Sulphur stinks, but the new Yeezy 350 V2 “Sulfur” doesn’t. Ye and adidas sneaked in this release when everyone’s head was turned to check out the recent Yeezy restocks: sneaky, sneaky!
Once everyone realised what was gong on, and that a brand new 350 colourway was dropping on Friday 9th May, all hands were on deck ready to cop a pair. Yeezy fan’s pockets are being hit hard recently with a conveyor belt of releases that is seeing colourways slipping through fan’s fingers.
Throw in the fact they’ve just had one of their biggest restocks for some famous colourways of the past, you’d think that fans might struggle to help the new look have an immediate sell out.
You’d be wrong, though. Because Yeezy releases are so coveted at this point that it seems no matter when you release them, there’s a crowd waiting to grab a pair for themselves or to hit up the resale market with.
The new “Sulfur” colourway follows in the same steps as the “Butter” design from 2018. Only this time the shoe is given a slightly darker yellow colour base and intersperses some brown elements to give it that off-yellow, sulphur aesthetic.
The 350 is now easily Yeezy’s flagship product: more colourways and most recognisable shape and structure than any other silhouette, not to mention how hopped up fans get for each and every release: They effervesce as much as a Yeezy colour scheme.
The “Sulfur” is no different. The classic Primeknit upper for durability and comfort takes on the original colour scheme to look unique and luxurious. The Boost-tech filled midsole gives that unrivalled comfort and energy return we expect from the German engineered trainers.
The Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Sulfur” drops on May 9. If you miss out on the day head over to Laced’s online trainer’s platform for the best resale options.
