With the big day just around the corner, we thought we’d pull together some of the footwear styles our team are really hoping will be under that tree on Christmas day.

In the work from home era, having footwear that is comfortable, on trend, and also something you can nip out to walk the dog in is key. These really tick all the boxes.
The heftier sole makes for more of a versatile shoe than your average slipper, and sheepskin lining really helps mitigate that late December chill in style.
Adidas Samba x Wales Bonner Leo Brown
Arguably one of the strongest contenders for sneaker of the year, the Samba has become one of adidas’ flagship shoes for collaborators in recent years. Most notably of all the partnerships is the ongoing releases with British designer Grace Wales Bonner. With the all-silver pairs ruling the summer, we were all waiting to see what would follow and the the bold leopard-printed pony hair was the perfect successor for those who love a statement sneaker. We’ll be wearing these way into 2024.
Nike Dunk Low Triple Pink GS
Few moments defined 2023 like Barbenheimer — the fuchsia frenzy still has legs for us, and these Dunks are the epitome of the Barbie craze that had us gripped this year. As much as Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year, Barbieland is the most wonderful place to be, so trying to keep as much of that energy as possible as we move through the last weeks of 2023 and into ‘24 is a must.
Air Jordan 4 Retro Red Cement
This kind of sneaker is for life, not just for Christmas. The Air Jordan 4 has been having a bumper year in 2023, and the buzz doesn’t seem like it’s going to be dying down any time soon.
The retro-inspired colourways will always have a certain special place in our hearts that make them that little bit more sought-after. Drawing inspiration from the era of the Jordan 4’s initial release is always a good move given how iconic the style has become, and how memorable the introduction of the style was.
New Balance 990V3 x Made in the USA Teddy Santis Scarlet
The man behind Aimé Leon Dore has been bringing some really exciting energy to New Balance’s Made in the USA line since his appointment as creative director there.
Aside from the new models and archival reissues, Teddy Santis has been releasing a number of revisited styles in new colourways. The V3 of the New Balance 990 is held by many as the pinnacle of the series, and while collaborative releases like those with Jjjjound are harder to come by, the general release pairs have some great options with Santis at the helm.
Adidas Gazelle Bold Beige Collegiate Green
As much as the Samba has been the three-stripe-star of 2023, adidas have also been giving a lot of love to another indoor soccer style, the Gazelle. This pair in particular are not like any that have been released previously, and make a statement shoe out of one of the more minimal and low-key silhouettes around thanks to the triple-stacked gum sole. It’s a tastefully bold take on a timeless essential pair of sneakers delivered in a versatile and wearable colourway.
Nike Air Force 1 x Tiffany & Co. Tiffany Blue
I mean, who doesn’t right? A legendary team up that made headlines this year, and just the kind of thing you’d want to see under the tree this Christmas.
The premium nubuck upper and and striking contrasting swoosh in that iconic blue colour make for a pair of sneakers that are unmistakably a cut above the regular. Like anything from the Manhattan based jewellery brand, the shoes are refined and elegant, but wrapped up in the form of one of the most worn sneakers on the planet.
