Following on from the success of 2020’s AMBUSH x Nike Dunk, Yoon Ahn has teased her latest design with the Swoosh brand: two monochromatic Air Force 1s. First seen back in 2022 in bold green and blue hues, this time the 1982 classic is madeover in black and white shades. Revealed on Ahn’s Instagram account, the first AMBUSH x AF1 sports an all-black hue with black hardware, while the second flips the colourway with an all-white base and black Swoosh.
Taking its cues from Ahn’s Dunk design, the AMBUSH Air Force 1 features 3D Swooshes inspired by the tailpipes on Japanese motorbikes. Extra details include chunky metal hardware at the base of the lace-up fastening, a co-branded tab on the tongue and extra logos on the insole.
